Terms of Use
Last updated: June 2026
These Terms of Use govern your use of the Postpartum Therapy Project (“PTP,” “we,” “us”) website and your participation in our program. By using this site, you agree to these terms.
1. About Our Program
PTP funds specialized postpartum therapy for mothers who need it. We are a nonprofit organization. We are not a healthcare provider, and nothing on this site is medical advice or a substitute for care from a qualified professional. If you are in crisis, please contact emergency services.
2. Donations
Donations support our program and, unless otherwise stated, are not refundable. We are working toward formal tax-exempt status; until that status is confirmed, we make no representation about the tax deductibility of contributions. Please consult your own advisor.
3. Referrals
If you submit a referral, you confirm that you are authorized to share the information you provide and that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Submitting a referral does not guarantee that a mother will be accepted into the program; eligibility and capacity decisions are at our discretion.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use this site lawfully and not to misuse it — for example, by attempting to disrupt the site, access data without authorization, or submit false or harmful information.
5. Intellectual Property
The content, design, and marks on this site belong to PTP or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission, except as allowed by law.
6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
This site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PTP is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or program.
7. Changes & Contact
We may update these terms from time to time and will revise the date above when we do. Questions? Email us at hello@postpartumtherapyproject.com.
